Warranty:

EAS Industires stands behind all of the products we manufacture. If for any reason you purchase a security system from EAS Industries and it becomes defective within a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, we will replace, repair, or refund the defective part free of charge. This warranty is limited to the electronic circuit boards and antennas that EAS Industries manufactures and distributes.

All other items will carry manufacturers standard warranties.

Payment Terms

  • Any amount under US$10,000 can be paid by check or bank wire transfer before shipment of goods.
  • Any amount over US$10,000 may be paid by either check, bank wire transfer before shipment of goods or by a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit at sight, advised through and confirmed by Commerce Bank.
  • Any amount can be charged to a major credit card. (Visa, Master Card, or American Express)

Conditions

  • Letter of Credit to be valid for a minimum of 90 days.
  • All bank charges are to be paid by applicant.
  • Insurance of goods to be covered by recipient upon shipping.
  • Letter of Credit should allow for partial shipments. EAS Industires will not ship partial shipments without the Distributor's advance approval. This clause would eliminate requests or amendments to the Letter of Credit in those cases where the Distributor may require some items before EAS Industries ability to provide the complete order.

Terms and Conditions for Letters of Credit

  • The letter of credit shall be IRREVOCABLE.
  • A US BANK shall CONFIRM the credit.
  • The credit shall be PAYBLE at the COUNTERS of the CONFIRMING BANK.
  • The credit shall show as the beneficiary:

  • The credit shall be payable in US DOLLARS, for ORDER VALUE.
  • The credit shall be payable at SIGHT.
  • All bank charges are to be paid by the APPLICANT.
  • The letter of credit shall be TRANSFERABLE & ASSIGNABLE.
  • PARTIAL shipments shall be allowed
  • TRANS SHIPMENTS shall be allowed
  • The credit shall allow for the required transport documents to be dated NO LATER THAN 90 DAYS from the advising bank's issuance of written notice to the beneficiary.
  • Letter of credit must show freight FOB MOORESTOWN NJ
  • Letter of credit must show your purchase order number.
  • The letter of credit should be a MINIMUM OF 90 DAYS from opening to expiration date.
